Andrew Chumney – Chief Executive Officer
Andrew Chumney has throughout his consulting and business career held leadership and advisor roles that have created numerous profitable start-up companies and corporate business units.  Andrew Chumney has been retained as CEO, COO and director positions for several distressed situations and high growth companies such as GTE Supply, Verizon, ABC Radio Networks, Motorola, Coca-Cola, DynCorp, Texas Instruments, General Dynamics, Loral Missle Systems, Firewall Forward, Feed The Children and Jeppesen/Boeing.  He has developed and executed re-engineering road maps, Marketing Strategies and conducted business and financial analysis bottom line contribution.   He has authored long term strategic plans for marketplace repositioning and operational plans for complete re-branding strategies.
 
With a demonstrated talent for the complexities of business process problem solving and strategic positioning.  Throughout his consulting and business career Andrew has been involved in Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Aerospace and Logistics markets with high growth or distressed fast turn-around situations segments.
 
Andrew has also proven to be very successful in forming start-up businesses, developing effective business plans, raising venture capital, implementing effective business processes, performing corporate re-engineering and assisting companies in the process of mergers and acquisitions.   His expertise lies in strategic analysis, development and implementation of successful sales and marketing turnarounds, and Customer Management, Business Process and Technology System Design.  He has an extensive technology background and has designed and implemented world-class sales, marketing and customer service solutions.
 
 

Travis M. Jacobs - Chief of Engineering


Mr. Jacobs has spent his entire career focused on ballistic armor and survivability system engineering.  Mr. Jacobs has been retained by Sierra Nevada Corporation, General Dynamics Land Systems and BAE Systems Advanced Ceramics for his engineering and materials expertise.
Mr. Jacobs is well versed in 3D CAD software applications and their unique use in the design and development of advanced composite structures to achieve design and project objectives.  He has designed and led the development of mechanical products to be fitted to aircraft structures for several military projects.


Mr. Jacobs has extensive experience using aerospace grade aluminum, carbon fiber and fiberglass composites to achieve design objectives in aerospace applications and utilized Nastran/Patran to perform structural analysis of major components to assess safety of flight of the aircraft.  Travis has authored technical reports and FEA/structural substantiation reports to meet customer requirements, military specifications and FAA regulations.


Mr. Jacobs has utilized scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) to assess and diagnose material defects and initiated material design solutions to increase product performance.  His failure analysis and diagnosis on next generation armor prototypes and current armor systems have resulted in improved quality and increased protection profiles.


In 2007, Travis founded Invictus Armor Solutions to continue development of the body armor designs he had been developing.  He has specific expertise in performing research and development of advanced materials in the design, development, and manufacture of body armor.  Invictus has specific expertise in product development, material selection, advanced material processing and material failure root cause analysis.


Invictus Armor Solutions has designed and developed a flexible and modular body armor system incorporating passive cooling technology (Patent Pending).   This body armor system is designed with multi-hit capability, serving the protection needs of police, security and military applications.


Mr. Jacbos has an Active Secret Security Clearance and holds a Bachelors of Science in Materials Science and Engineering for the University of Utah, 2004 with a Chemistry Minor.   Mr. Jacobs college thesis; “Silicon Carbide Composites for Advanced Armor Applications”.

 

 

J. Ken Karegeannes – Chief Financial Officer
Ken Karegeannes is a management consultant and entrepreneur who has served as a Board of Director, COO, CFO, Executive Vice President, General Manager, Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Business Development as well as a financial and strategic advisor to public, private and non-profit organizations in the U.S. and Europe. He has over 25 years experience in forming start-up businesses, performing corporate re-engineering, designing and implementing management processes and control systems for both traditional and virtual organizations, developing effective business plans, raising capital, launching and managing products, and assisting companies in entering new markets. During the last 8 years he has helped startup and restructure several technology, manufacturing and health care businesses.
 
Ken brings a broad base of hands-on experience in managing both startup and established companies that allow him to be a strong contributor to the success of the Company.  His hands-on experience starting, restructuring and managing companies provides him with the process knowledge necessary to help the Company address the unique strategic, tactical, and resource challenges that startup and growth business executive teams face every day.  Ken has an MBA from The Tuck School of Dartmouth College and a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University.
